Vitamin Bombs – Spring please come on!

We are still suffering from one cold after the other and that’s why we will make some more Vitamin Bombs today! I am really done with all these running noses and this mean coughing all the time. It seems like we are playing ping pong in the family, at least our little one and me… Spring, where are you?? We need you soon!

To boost our immune system a little bit more then we do anyway, we’ll do a juice and smoothie offense today! Our youngest loves to press oranges and the two older ones use the juicer and blender like they always did… Here are some basic inspirations, nothing new but sometimes it helps to get startet to see that it is nothing but easy!

Citrus Vitamin Bomb Juice

  • 1 pink grapefruit
  • 3 blood oranges
  • if you want some fresh grinded ginger
  • lemon to your taste

Press the grapefruit and blood oranges, add the ginger and lemon to your taste and serve immediately!

Immun booster smoothie / Vitaminbomben

Immunbooster Smoothie

  • 1 pink grapefruit
  • 1/2 pomelo
  • 2 blood oranges
  • 5 physialis
  • 1 cm fresh ginger
  • 1cm fresh turmeric
  • 1 slice fresh pineapple

Peel the ingredients and cut in pieces. If you want a very smooth smoothie (haha), press the citrus fruits first and then mix everything in the blender. Or blend everything together in the first step. Enjoy immediately.

Grüner Vitaminbomben Smoothie

Green Immunbooster Smoothie – get your greens!

  • 3 oranges / blood oranges
  • 1/2 mango, diced
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup green grapes
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1 cup chicory
  • 1 kiwi
  • ginger to your taste

Peel the fruits and mix everything together in the blender. Done! Drink! Get well! Stay healthy!
