Description

Very fine, creamy applesauce – yummy!


Ingredients

Scale
  1. 1 kg of red apples
  2. 250 ml of water
  3. 1 cinnamon stick
  4. 1/4 tsp vanilla powder
  5. Juice of 1/2 lemon

Instructions

  • Wash apples, quarter, core and cut into pieces
  • Boil with the water
  • Add spices to it
  • Simmer gently until the apples are quite soft
  • Take out the cinnamon stick
  • Puree in a blender or with an immersion blender
  • season with lemon juice
  • Fill in glasses while hot and let cool down
