Instructions

  • Wash kale
  • Cut out the stalk, take apart the leaves
  • Cover the kale with olive oil on the plate
  • Knead oil into the kale with your hands
  • sprinkle with coarse salt
  • Set the oven to 150 ° C
  • roast crispy for about 20 to 30 minutes (depending on how fast the oven heats up), stirring occasionally
  • Allow to cool and pack airtight
