You can keep it in a closed container or jar or about 1-2 weeks in the refrigerator<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em><strong>Turmeric Milk<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">1,5\u00a0teaspoons coconut oil<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">5\u00a0cardamon pods<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">fresh grounded pepper<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">1 vanilla pod<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">2\u00a0teaspoons turmeric paste<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">1\u00a0teaspoon marple syrup<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">400 ml \/ 2 cups\u00a0milk or plant milk<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Heat the coconut oil in a small casserole. Take out the seeds of the cardamon and lightly crush in a mortar. Put all spices (including the vanilla seeds) into the hot oil and heat it up together. Add the turmeric paste and mix it with the spices, then add the milk and the marple syrup to your taste.
