Still bright and sunny here in Munich! To have daylight in the morning makes it so much easier to get up! And as the sun keeps shining during the whole day – it makes me feel like it’s summertime! For sure this is just a glimpse of summer so let’s celebrate it quickly with a nice Mojito-Popsicle! You will love it!<\/span><\/p>\n

It is refreshing and sparkling, so sit down, catch some sun rays and feel the summer coming!<\/span><\/p>\n

\"MojitoPopPsWeb1\"<\/a>You’ll need 4cl good white rum, 1cl sugar syrup, juice of half a lime, some slices of lime, a handful of mint leaves and 10cl soda water. Put the lime slices aside and mince the rest in a blender to get the full aroma out of the mint. Pour into ice-molds with 1-2 lime slices and freeze overnight. Makes 4 miniature popsicles.<\/span><\/p>\n

And now, just cross your fingers for more sunny days to come, to get the real “I am totally in love with summer” feeling!<\/span>

For those not having ice-molds, just freeze the mojito in a glas or small plastic containers that you can find. Give it sow time in the freezer before you put in the sticks… You can easily make yourself some sugar-syrup: bring one cup sugar with one cup water to boil and let simmer until it thickens a little bit. Keep it in the fridge and it will last a couple of weeks.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
