The last few months I had so many great projects, that I lost track on the blog&#8230; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8230; but there is an important principle and it means &#8220;from now on&#8221; and for me it means that I can ALWAYS redefine myself. There is less and less regional food in the selection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I love the autumn, with it&#8217;s golden leaves, still warm sun rays, the dew in the morning&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It is the time of year, when Pumpkins are back in the kitchen, soups are coming out big again, and in today&#8217;s Meal Prep, we celebrate autumn with a delicious onion cake!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 Of course it depends on how well everything is in place when you start and how fast you cut the veggies etc.. However, in any case, there is still sufficient time for the direct rinsing of the used kitchen utensils, pots, sheets etc \u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At the same time in the oven are: carrots, sweet potatoes, garlic and the butternut squash for the first 35 &#8211; 45 minutes. When the vegetables are done, it is time for the onion cake to bake for 35 minutes. Like that you can keep the heat in the oven&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The potatoes and beetroot simmer on the stove at the same time, the hot plates are still used to roast the seeds and nuts and to cook the applesauce. In the end you need a plate for the carrot soup.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Don&#8217;t worry- Meal Prep is great!<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Investing in Meal Prep at the beginning of the week, or even at the end, for 2 hours plus shopping time, is always frightening. Still, I can only recommend it. The whole week, I came back to the prepared ingredients and was happy about how quickly I put a salad on the table. My son was happy not to take bread to school every day, but in between a piece of onion tarte. It is great to make a soup out of the fridge, after the youngest comes out of the swimming class really hungry \u2026 Try it!
